How'd you guys do the comic book story board, is there a template?

Why would you need a template?Seems pretty simple to me, create a few boxes of different width/sizes, dump your images/photos in them and add your speech bubbles.
duh, coz i'm lazy!
we used comic life for mac to do the frames and speechbubbles, would be easy peasy in photoshop but that saved quite some time. although comic lifes 'comic' filters arent really great we used our own retouching.
Is that a free program we can download?
